What a brilliant band! Everyone was up dancing, and when there was no room left on the floor, people danced by their tables. Dear Ruth and Aidan - Thank you for playing for us in your duo recently. I had high expectations after looking through your website and dealing with Ruth (who comes across as the perfect balance of warmth and professionalism). However, we were still blown away by how good you were. The birthday boy loved every minute of it and everyone had a ball. I don't think I've ever been to a party where such a high proportion of people were dancing. If you need any recommendations I would be happy to speak to anyone. Even a pub neighbour who apparently always complains about noise levels, told the landlady that it was a great choice of music and he had a great night! I would say that was high praise indeed! Thanks again, and I really hope we get to see you play another time.

Now we've sobered up we wanted to send you a huge thank you for the fantastic soundtrack to our wedding. As a last-minute booking, only the male/female duo was available and to be honest, we had our doubts that you could entertain a big wedding crowd but OMG - you so did! It was an awesome day topped off by you guys. And busking Erasure's 'Give A Little Respect' was the highlight - brilliantly played and the whole crowd singing along - what a memory! I booked Celtic Clan as the girl duo option, and they really made my party go with a bang. Ruth and Emma had the hard task of playing to a party audiance that covered 6th, 42nd and 72nd birthdays AND a house warming!! They rocked the place everyone was up dancing, even the oldies were doing an irish jig!!! Thank you so much. Guests have been texting all week to say how much they enjoyed you both. New year's eve 2009
Wow! Words just aren't enough! What an amazing night. Celtic Clan really know how to get the crowds going. Thanks to this talented band, we hosted the best new year's eve ever- our customers are already re booking for next year if we can have Celtic Clan there!! Ruth's strong vocals, fiddle and songs started the evening off so well and then Keith built up an explosion of seriously entertaining music with his fabulous guitar and great sense of humor, the build up to midnight was so exciting. They then joined forces for the last half of the night to produce yet another fabulous combination. All in all, a real gem here, professional, friendly, easy going and seriously entertaining band who are going to go along way. Here's to the next gig. Thank you so much!
